This elegant temple lies just below Moti Doongri fort and was constructed in 1988
by the famous industrialist of India 'Ghanshyam Das Birla'.

Excellent Carvings on White Marble
It is noted for excellent architecture and carvings on white marbles. Within the
temple, surrounded by lush green gardens are splendid statues of many Hindu deities,
while the outer walls are adorned with great historical personages and religious
figures like Socrates, Zarathustra, Christ, Buddha and Confucius etc.
Ganesh Temple
This famous temple is also set at the foot of Mooti Doongri near Birla Mandir. It
is dedicated to lord Ganesha, the deity of the erstwhile royal family.
How To Reach Birla Temple
Birla Mandir is almost at center of the city and you can easily reach Birla Temple
by taking local Buses, Rickshaws and Taxis.
